I am an EMCC Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner level, with qualifications in Personal Leadership, Executive and Team Coaching, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership from Warwick Business School. My work is grounded in over three decades of experience as a senior leader in the corporate world, giving me a deep understanding of the pressures, transitions and complexities professionals often navigate.
In my coaching sessions, I offer a calm, confidential and supportive space where you can reflect, explore and make sense of what’s unfolding in your career or working life. My focus is on helping you find clarity, confidence and direction, whether you are facing a career crossroads, stepping into leadership, or seeking to grow personally and professionally.
I have a particular passion for supporting women in business. Over the years, I have designed and led award‑winning mentoring and leadership programmes for women in financial services, and I continue this work through one‑to‑one coaching and group programmes. I am deeply committed to helping women recognise their strengths, gently challenge limiting beliefs, and step forward with greater ease and self‑trust.
My approach is collaborative, practical and grounded in real‑world experience. I believe in the power of a trusting professional partnership, and I take great satisfaction in helping clients uncover their potential and move towards what truly matters to them.
