Based in Dublin, I provide collaborative, holistic, and non-judgmental therapy tailored to individual client needs. I offer therapy for individuals who may be presenting with a range of Mental Health issues e.g. general anxiety, depression, self-harm and longer term chronic enduring Mental illness such as personality and mood disorders. I have worked with a range of issues from bereavement, loss, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship difficulties and issues within the family systems.
I have been practicing Humanistic and integrative psychotherapy. Currently I am integrating a more Art psychotherapeutic approach. This incorporates the arts & creativity with psychotherapy to help people express complex emotions, process trauma and improve overall wellbeing. I also deeply values mindfulness, frequently using it as the core foundation for my clinical work and therapeutic practice.
