Clontarf Therapy

I hold a Masters degree in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with First Class Honours (PSI). I am a fully accredited member of the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP) and a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).

I believe the foundation of successful therapy is the therapeutic relationship. My approach is client-centric, with a focus on creating a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space, where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. My therapeutic method is integrative, allowing me to tailor each session to the client’s unique needs, preferences, and goals.

Therapeutic interventions encompass a variety of approaches to support well-being, including humanistic, psychodynamic, and behavioural. These include client-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), inner child work, schema therapy, and cognitive processing therapy. I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, bereavement, depression, trauma, self-harm, loss, workplace stress, relationship difficulties, and other life events.
